Buying FAQ

Why is buying from the factory cheaper?

There is no distributor or showroom margin added between us and you. You pay the factory retail price.

Can I test-ride before buying?

Yes. Book a visit and you can ride any model in stock at our facility.

Who handles service after purchase?

Our nearest authorised dealer, or our factory service team where there is no dealer yet. Spares are dispatched from the factory stores.

Do I need to register the vehicle?

No. Excon vehicles do not need RTO registration, so you can start riding as soon as you take delivery.

How much mileage will I get?

Mileage is customised for each customer. Tell us how far you ride each day and we fit a battery that covers it, so you don't pay for range you won't use.

Every unit is checked before dispatch

Assembly

Frames, motors, wiring and body panels are fitted on our floor by our own technicians.

Inspection

Brakes, lights, electricals and battery charging are tested on each vehicle.

Packing

Vehicles are wrapped and secured so they reach dealers in showroom condition.
